Sunbury – Roger L. Laudenslager, 83, of 155 Kasey Drive, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2024 at his home surrounded by his loving family. 

Born in Pillow on January 7, 1941 to the late Henry and Elizabeth (Weist) Laudenslager. He attended Lower Dauphin Schools. 

On July 20, 1991 at Salem Methoidst Church, Salem, he married Anna Smith, who survives. He worked as a Truck Driver. He was a member of Stonington Baptist church in Stonington. 

In his pastime Roger loved riding his motorcycle, gardening in his yard, and playing cards with his family. 

In addition to his wife, Roger is survived by two sons, Scott Laudenslager of Sunbury, and Troy Laudenslager of Palmyra; daughter, Theresa Smith of Sunbury; four grandsons, Austin Smith, Lavar Smith, Mardai Smith, and David Laudenslager and his wife, Mackenzie; seven granddaughters, Corina Smith, Mshia Smith, Madison Smith, Olivia Smith, Shelby Eberhart and her husband, Justin, Rudi Laudenslager, and Sydney Santos and her husband, Kevin; four great grandsons; two sisters, Carol McMillan, and Rochelle Laudenslager; and a brother-in-law, David Zook and his wife, Thelma. In addition to his parents, Roger is preceded in death by a brother, Larry Laudenslager; and two sisters-in-law, Martha Hostetler, and Ida Zook.
